Authors must not consider their manuscript withdrawn until they have received an official Withdrawal Confirmation from VIDWAN Journal of Law and Justice.
A request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing by the corresponding author, stating the reason for withdrawal. The request should be made before the manuscript has been formally accepted or published whenever possible.
Until the journal issues an official withdrawal confirmation, the manuscript will continue to be treated as an active submission under the editorial and peer-review process. The journal reserves the right to object if the manuscript is submitted to or published in another journal before the withdrawal process has been formally completed.
By submitting a manuscript to VIDWAN Journal of Law and Justice, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have agreed to the submission and acknowledges acceptance of the journal's Article Withdrawal Policy.
The journal also reserves the right to reject future submissions or take appropriate editorial action if unethical withdrawal practices, duplicate submissions, or simultaneous submissions to multiple journals are identified.
