About the Journal
The VIDWAN Journal of Management Studies is a peer-reviewed, national-level scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in management, business administration, commerce, finance, marketing, human resource management, entrepreneurship, economics, organizational behavior, strategic management, operations, business analytics, and allied disciplines. The journal provides a platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, policymakers, and students to disseminate innovative ideas, empirical research, case studies, and contemporary management practices that contribute to academic excellence and organizational development.
VIDWAN Journal of Management Studies focuses on promoting original research and encourages contributions that address real-world business challenges, emerging trends, sustainable management practices, digital transformation, leadership, and practical applications relevant to academia, industry, and society. Publication Schedule
VIDWAN Journal of Management Studies publishes two issues per year, ensuring the timely dissemination of high-quality scholarly research in management and related disciplines.

Accepted manuscripts are published online immediately after final acceptance to provide early access to the research community.
Manuscript Categories
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts under the following categories:
1. Original Research Articles
Comprehensive studies presenting novel research findings, methodologies, models, and practical implications in management and business-related disciplines.
2. Review Papers
Critical analyses of existing literature, emerging management theories, business innovations, and contemporary trends.
3. Case Studies

Submission Process
